2 – Legal status and supervisory authorities of the Millennium Invest Company:

Millennium invest is registered with the Single Register of Insurance, Banking and Finance Intermediaries (ORIAS) under number 25002126 (you can check this registration on the ORIAS website: https://www.orias.fr/) under the following regulated activities:

Insurance intermediary : Type b within the meaning of Article L 521-2 II of the Insurance Code, member of the CNCGP, an association approved by the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR). Millennium Invest is not subject to a contractual obligation to work exclusively with one or more insurance companies. Millennium Invest does not hold any direct or indirect stake in an insurance company and provides level 1 advice.

Millennium Invest has taken out professional liability insurance and a financial guarantee with the company MMA through BDJ SAS (located at 39 Rue Mstislav Rostropovitch 75017 Paris – policy no. 118263166) for an amount of 2.500.000 euros per claim and per year of insurance. Financial guarantee taken out with the MMA company for an amount of 115,000 euros per year of insurance.

Financial investment advisor: Member of the National Chamber of Wealth Management Consultants (CNCGP), approved by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), whose head office is located at 17 place de la Bourse 75082 Paris Cedex 02 – www.amf-France.org. Within the meaning of the regulations, investment advice is provided on a non-independent basis. These recommendations are thus based on the examination of a sufficient range of the various types of financial instruments and investment services. Millennium Invest is remunerated by fees or commissions in return for the investment advice provided.

Real estate intermediary : Holder of the transaction card on real estate and commercial funds without handling and without holding of funds n°CPI92012025000000041 issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris-Ile de France.

Millennium Invest has undertaken to fully comply with the Code of Good Conduct of the National Chamber of Wealth Management Advisors (CNCGP) available at the association's headquarters or on the website https://www.cncgp.fr/.

3 – Nature of the remuneration of the Millennium Invest Company

Remuneration and commissions

For so-called non-independent financial investment advice or for intermediation concerning a savings or investment solution, the advisor receives a share of the fees initially charged by the product promoter and/or the intermediaries involved (insurers, management companies, promoters, etc.)

In the context of non-independent financial investment advice, the advisor may retain the commissions. He then evaluates a limited range of financial instruments issued by an entity with which he maintains close relations, whether capital, economic or contractual.

Wealth strategy advice is paid in the form of fees, with a mission letter specifying the terms of provision of these services as well as the amount of the fees.

Information relating to the processing of complaints

Millennium Invest undertakes to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within ten working days and to provide you with a response within a maximum of two months from the date it is sent.

4 – Intellectual property and counterfeiting.

Millennium Invest owns the intellectual property rights and holds the usage rights on all elements accessible on the website, notably the texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Millennium Invest
